Earlier this month, we had planned to send final order confirmation emails to customers in Australia and New Zealand this week. Based on our checklist, we were slightly ahead of our original August/September timeline. However, we will not be sending confirmation emails this week as a result of separate issues delaying board shipments to these countries.
We are currently in the process of obtaining certification from the Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development in order to begin importing into Australia. We’d like to give you a firm timeline, but unfortunately this approval is one that rests outside of our company. As soon as we gain approval, we’ll publish a firm confirmation email and shipping timeline. We are hopeful this will happen shortly.
We are in the process of securing an importer of record to begin shipping to New Zealand. Once that arrangement has been finalized, we’ll update timelines for you!
